So wie umami <\/em>\u2013 die f\u00fcnfte, oft wenig bekannte Geschmacksrichtung \u2013 <\/em>nur schwer definierbar ist, so l\u00e4sst sich auch AUREUM nicht genau einordnen. Wie bei einem gut ausbalancierten Gericht kombiniert das Ensemble verschiedene Aromen und so trifft Tradition auf Moderne, Wiener Schrammelmusik auf Contemporary Jazz, Antonin Dvorak auf Sting und vieles mehr. Das tun sie mit einer Leichtigkeit, die manchmal gar nicht mehr genau erkennen l\u00e4sst, ob der n\u00e4chste Gang schon serviert wurde oder noch immer die Vorspeise auf dem Tisch steht.<\/p>
